This morning we had a playdate with our friends from church that have 2 boys from Russia. Then Gavin had a nice long almost 3 hour nap. Sydney had refused an afternoon nap yeasterday and today she had a 3 hour nap this morning and another hour this afternoon! This afternoon I decided to take the kids to Deanna Rose Farm and it was a beautiful afternoon and there weren't many people which was great so I could keep track of Gavin. He had fun feeding the goats and Sydney laughed at them. There are also about 7 or 8 of those rocking toys on a spring and he tried out every one of them- he loves those things. Aaron had to work late tonight, but promises to be home for my bday tomorrow. I will post pics of our day and of little Sydney being a busy bee.....I think she might have some of Uncle Shane's & Grandma Ellen's energy. She also seems to like Gavins' toys better than baby toys.

You really do have some cuties. I can't believe Sydney is standing that good by herself at 8 months. It was good for Gavin to have some playmates too. Do they talk to each other in Russian?

Shannon - You have two beauties there honey! I cn't believe how much Sydney looks like her Mummy! I hope things are getting easier for you. If it's any help:- things are so much easier now that Fallon is mobile, her & Rowan play so well together & yes, she likes Rowans toys better too!
