Gavin and I went to the dentist today while my friend Stef kept Sydney for a while. It was a pediatric dentist so they had all kinds of fun stuff and they just want the kids to get comfortable and see that the dentist is fun. So the Dr. only looked inside his mouth for a minute, but they had the Backyardigans on the TV and he got a balloon and a toy and he could of had ice cream (but we were getting lunch afterwards). Here's some other pics from the weekend. We had family pics taken on Sat. Hopefully we'll get a least one good one out of it. The photographer was sweating trying to get both the kids to look and smile. Sydney has been watching how Gavin has been getting balloons at dinner places, etc and she is now hooked too. She carried around Gavin's balloon that he got from the photographer all weekend, she crawled and kept the string in her hand. We had pizza and ice cream with our good friends and their boys Sat night so there's photo of them. And we played in the huge pile of leaves in our yard.

All the pictures were good. I'll have to forward them to Joanna. She has a lot of children come in to see her. It is hard to believe that Sydney is doing all this stuff. Of course she sees Gavin doing it.

the kids are so cute! Glad to hear the first dentist experience went well. We found some pictures of the Voelker cousins growing up over the weekend, and boy Sydney is definatly a mini-me of you, Shannon!!!
